Meet Michael Toscano, partner at Toscano & Wilson and an expert at consumer bankruptcy law.
Michael is a St. Louis native and has been a bankruptcy lawyer in the area since 2009. He’s helped clients overcome their financial challenges and get back on their feet. Michael also can work with non-profit organizations and small businesses that are experiencing financial difficulties to either remediate their debts or file for bankruptcy in an ethical way. Much of his work involves representing debtors and creditors in cases under Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code.
